Twin Sport Bike Helmets
The most effective dual sport helmets will move about the same amount of air as a devoted dust safety helmet, because they're essentially doing the same work: Keeping you cool while you do energetic (and for that reason sweaty) off-road riding.
DOT scores are the bare minimum need in the states, yet DOT security screening isn't especially extensive, so we favor safety motorcycle helmets with either Snell rankings, ECE certification, or some combination of the 3. For you hardcore off-roaders, a dirt-specific lid (motocross-style, no visor, open air flow, and so on) is flawlessly great.
While double sport motorbikes are, by nature, usually a lot more dirt-biased than their ADV cousins, both self-controls usually pull from the exact same swimming pool of safety helmet choices. Not all dual-sport motorcyclists are as interested in getting as dirty as others though, so here's our global advice when choosing the appropriate dual-sport helmet for your riding design.
With that being said, remember that while a lot of credible helmets consist of an ECE certification nowadays, you should not disregard a safety helmet just because it doesn't have one. As such, a lot of dual sport cyclists have distinct demands when it concerns motorbike gear, especially when it concerns helmets.
