Early Autism Project Malaysia.

EAP Malaysia is the leader of the arrangement of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was started by Wisconsin early autism indicators Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. For all specialists, a preliminary training consisting of 20 hours of courses and 3 weeks on hand-held training is required prior to starting work with a youngster with autism after which normal fortnightly otherwise regular guidance is offered with routine overlaps and team meetings.

Furthermore, WEAP's released study in the American Journal of Mental Deficiency (November 2005 concern) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' study in 1987 and 1993 wherein 48% of the youngsters who took part in the intensive behavioural treatment were able to catch up and participate efficiently in normal school.

Each youngster at EAP is assigned a group of therapists who are overseen by a Manager on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Manager on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Development Reviews twice a year. EAP remains to preserve world-class top quality ABA therapy as we continue to have our parent firm WEAP manage our children two times a year.
