EAP Malaysia is the leader of the provision of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was started by Wisconsin Early Autism Project Malaysia Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. For all therapists, an initial training including 20 hours of courses and 3 weeks on hand-held training is needed prior to beginning collaborate with a child with autism after which routine fortnightly if not once a week supervision is given with normal overlaps and group meetings.

Each kid at EAP is appointed a group of therapists that are managed by a Manager on a biweekly basis and a Senior Manager on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progression Reviews two times a year.
