EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the provision of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors after that register in EAP's 6 month Manager training containing over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week duration after which they satisfy once a week with their Senior Manager, and have bimonthly otherwise monthly Senior Guidance conferences for the youngsters on their caseload.

Early Autism Job Malaysia (EAP) is a service provider for people with autism. The factor for the several levels of guidance is that the Autism Rate in Malaysia range is really large and the variety each child has in terms of toughness, difficulties and age requires a high degree of experience.

Each youngster at EAP is assigned a group of specialists who are monitored by a Supervisor on a biweekly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Progress Reviews twice a year. EAP continues to keep first-rate high quality ABA therapy as we remain to have our parent company WEAP supervise our children two times a year.
