The Executive Team
The Executive Team is ultimately responsible for VT CRO's strategic vision and execution. It was first formed in August of 2023, once VT CRO had enough high ranking members to warrant an organized executive team.
Executive Roles
- President: Leads VT CRO, sets the direction, represents the organization, and holds ultimate decision-making authority.
- VP of Operations: Manages operations, oversees finances, and travel. Acts as second-in-command to the President.
- VP of Engineering: Liaison between the President and Chief Engineers, with involvement in all areas as needed to achieve VT CRO’s mission.
- Treasurer: Manages financial records and transactions, under the VP of Operations.
- Chief Engineers: Lead engineering design teams.
- Support Team VPs: Leads support teams.
